1. Applicant Information We Collect

When you submit a 60-second career inquiry or job application on jobs.buddbaer.com, we collect only the information needed to evaluate your candidacy:

• Full name, email address, and mobile phone number for interview scheduling.
• Trade experience, OEM certifications (ASE, I-CAR, Subaru, GM, Mazda), and optional resume files.
• Position and dealership store preference.

2. ATS & Meta Platform Compliance

• Netchex Recruit Integration: Applicant records are securely routed to our internal hiring managers and Netchex HR/ATS platform.
• Meta Graph API & Recruitment Campaigns: Job postings syndicated via the Baer AutoTech Hub Meta App comply strictly with Meta's Special Ad Category: Employment non-discrimination standards.
• Zero Sale of Applicant Data: We never sell, rent, or trade applicant contact details or resumes to third-party recruiters, lead brokers, or external mailing lists.

3. Analytics & Advertising Measurement

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and the Meta Pixel to measure aggregate recruitment campaign performance. Personal applicant fields (name, email, phone, resume content) are never transmitted inside analytics query strings.

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You may request a copy, correction, or complete deletion of your applicant profile at any time via our Data Deletion Instructions page or by emailing privacy@buddbaer.com.
